    Postage and Packing charges will be added at the checkout.

    Orders over £100 delivered free UK only

    Prints produced for the artist by Scotland's Artists will be sent by Royal Mail or Evri carriers (UK only). The standard fee covers all sizes of prints (A4, A3, A2) and all items will be required to be signed for on delivery.

    Overseas delivery will be by Royal Mail or a recognised International carrier. Details of prices will be shown at the Checkout.

    Where artists hold their own prints they will be responsible for postage and packing.

    To check how prints are dispatched look at 'Dispatched by' details listed in the 'Description' for the print.

     

    Original Artwork

    It is the responsibility of the artist to pack and dispatch your order and while Scotland's Artists will take all reasonable steps to ensure that artists pack the artwork in a suitable manner we will not be held liable for any damage caused by unsuitable packaging. If you would like confirmation on how the artwork will be packaged and dispatched prior to purchase you may contact Scotland's Artists and we will arrange for these details to be made available to you.


    Delivery Times

    Delivery times will vary depending upon method of dispatch, destination and also weight & size.

    Services within the UK will usually be between 1 - 5 working days.

    Outwith the UK will depend on the service purchased at the checkout and also the destination but usually around 5 - 7 working days. Please contact Scotland's Artists for a more accurate time if required.


    Cancellation/Returns

    Orders may be cancelled at anytime commencing from placement of the order and up to 14 days after the order has been received. The customer will be responsible for all costs involved in the safe return of the goods and must ensure that the returned goods are 'Signed For' on delivery.

    The full purchase cost including basic delivery charges will be reimbursed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

    Where the wrong item has been delivered it must be returned undamaged, in the original packing and be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. You will be refunded in full including the return costs within 14 days. Proof of sending and a receipt will be required.

    If the item arrives and the packaging is damaged then it must either be refused or  be signed  'Arrived Damaged'. Where a item arrives in a damaged condition and is signed for you must notify Scotland's Artists as soon as possible. Arrangements will be made with the carrier to uplift the item. On receipt of the returned item you will be reimbursed, in full, within 14 days


    Pricing and Availability

    We list availability information for products sold by us on the website, including on each product information page. (you are welcome to have availability confirmed by emailing info@scotlandsartists.com) Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any items you order turn out to be unavailable.

    Please note that where items are sent by the artist the type of packaging and method of dispatch may vary.

    Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our catalogue may be mispriced. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If an items correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the item. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

     

    Customs

    When ordering goods from Scotland’s Artists for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Scotland’s Artists, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.


    Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the above mentioned.
