biography: Frances was born in County Down, Northern Ireland in 1982. She studied Art and Design for GCSE and A-Level being awarded A* and A Grades respectively, and achieving the highest mark in Northern Ireland for her A-Level submission. In 2000 Frances moved to Scotland where she studied Architecture at the Glasgow School of Art for 6 years. Throughout University Frances has continued to develop her painting through regular commissions and taking part in local exhibitions.
